A tool on this site is an entry’s discriminating test, made runnable. An entry ends by telling you what to compute against your own data; a tool is that computation with the inputs asked for and the reading handed back. Until one exists that is genuinely better than the paragraph it came from, this section stays empty and the nav does not advertise it.
